The Intensive Outpatient Program is a structured program that provides services for three hours per day, two to five days per week. Evening programs are available.

Outpatient Detox Programs For Alcohol And Drug Dependence

The Ambulatory Detoxification Program is a medically supervised program designed to systematically reduce physical dependence on alcohol, opiates, sedatives, hypnotics and other drugs in an outpatient setting.

The patient may suffer withdrawal symptoms during abstinence, which necessitates medical intervention to control the physical impact of sobriety. Individuals requiring treatment of withdrawal symptoms will be appropriately assessed and treated for symptomatic relief.

Opiate withdrawal is managed by the use of Suboxone and is gradually tapered as successful rehabilitation progresses toward independence.

The goal is a safe and comfortable detox effort. Meanwhile, the patient will participate in Centrec Care’s outpatient educational treatment program “A Twelve Step Journey to Wellness”. Thereby, building the confidence and skills needed to maintain a healthy, productive and sober lifestyle.

Detoxification services are run 7 days per week with intake assessments accepted from 10am – 5pm daily.

Note: We are the only St. Louis local facility, that will Detox through the weekend. Many hospitals are eliminating their Detox programs altogether, but not us!
